Who we are

Joe Noble is a Minnesota board licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and Board-certified State Supervisor. He is co-founder and partner of Bridging Parental Conflict® and continues to be an instructor of the program. He is co-founder and managing partner of the Bridging Center in Edina, MN, where he practices systemic relational therapy with conflicted families. Joe is a family mediator, a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, certified Child-Inclusive Mediator, parenting and co-parenting coach, and graduate school didactic instructor.

Lori Thibodeau is a Minnesota board licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). She has many years of experience working with systems that struggle with organizational conflict, parental conflict, parent-child conflict, divorce, parent-child separation, and mental health disorders.  Lori’s education is in counseling and psychotherapy. She is co-founder of the Bridging Center where she is in private practice specializing in family systems, divorce, family conflict, and co-parenting issues.  Her career focus is promoting individual and systemic health in families.
